When you have your favorite buildings lined up, you can subscribe to them to unlock more application features and SpaceLogik services … like space planning, guru full access, building tours and SpaceLogik’s best-and-final landlord proposal portal.

Request Landlord eBids

As landlords bid against each other for your business, SpaceLogik prepares space plans and arranges private tours at buildings selected by you. We’ll also visit each prospective space to identify construction reduction opportunities based on existing suite conditions.

Sign Lease and Approve

Once you select the best building for you, we’ll help you get the lease signed, and coordinate a kick-off meeting to fine-tune construction, design, and furniture requirements. Then relax as we build your new office and send you weekly updates and pictures.

Move In!

We’ll have final punch list items completed, reconcile any credits or charges from change orders and turn over the keys.
